Fashion.  Since the beginning of civilization, humans have been decorating their bodies, adorning themselves with all the colors of the spectrum, and extracting from every material the world has to offer. From an ever-evolving need to express ourselves, the high-fashion ideology was born. 

 

American Fashion Magazine is a platform that is dedicated to honoring American fashion as it has evolved throughout our history, while remembering that the future of fashion is within sustainability and holds deeper meaning behind all that is aesthetically pleasing.

 

  We aim to remind people that America is a place where every culture is stitched together by so many diverse and beautiful threads.  We seek to (re)expose those threads.  We aim to give back to the fashion community through honoring the essential parts, such as the photographers, models, designers, and support staff. 

 

Through acknowledging the new direction in sustainability that the world is taking and acknowledging the under appreciated members of the industry that help create the art we enjoy, we hope to deconstruct and reconstruct what is American Fashion.
